Yummy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies- 3 Ingredients

This recipe changed my life! I was browsing through YouTube when I came across a video by Clean and Delicious in which she was making three ingredient cookies using bananas. I had A TON of bananas so I watched the video. I was super impressed with how quick and effortless it was and I knew I had to make them and share it with you all!

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

3 packets of Quaker Oats Maple Brown Sugar or 1 1/2 cup of Quick Oats

1/3 cup of chocolate chips (mini or regular size)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper to keep them from sticking.

Peel the two ripe bananas and break them up into chunks. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Using the back of a fork, mash the chunks of banana until you get batter-like consistency or something that resembles baby food.

Add the 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with the banana. The consistency will look and feel like a dough.

Add the 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and mix thoroughly with the oatmeal banana mixture. The chocolate chips should be spread evenly throughout.

Once fully mixed, use the fork and your hands to form the cookies into small ball shapes. The cookies will not change much in the oven so form them into the desired shape before baking.

Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes.

Once finished, let the cookies cool and share them with friends and family! They will stay good up to a week in the fridge. . . if they last that long!
