Sacramento Tastemakers
taste·mak·er/ˈtāstˌmākər/ – a person who decides or influences what is or will become fashionable.
Here are a few of our favorite people of Sacramento. These are the people that work behind the scenes and in front of them to make our city so great.
Rebecca Plumb of Studio Plumb
Rebecca Plumb is a multi-disciplinary designer and owner of Studio Plumb. After 20 years as in-house graphic designer turned creative agency owner, Rebecca started her interior design business. She is also the founder and previous host of CreativeMornings Sacramento – a free breakfast lecture series for the creative community (which is SO awesome btw). Essentially she has her fingers in all sorts of design pies. You have probably seen her around local events and organizing different projects.

Katherine and Rachel Bardis
The cousins, Katherine and Rachel, founders of Bardis Homes, come from a family of builders. The duo has worked on multiple development projects, predominantly modern-style single-family urban infill, including The Good Project and The Savoy in West Sacramento, and The Mill at Broadway in Sacramento.
The Bardis cousins included many of our fabulous, local designers in staging their Mill project, many of which are included in my previous blog on here. Their IG is a beautifully curated combination of their work and cool snaps from the area.

With my love of all things design and food, it was only natural for me to start a blog. I want to share with others my adventures as I travel, eat, read, photograph, and discover my way through Sacramento. As a Realtor, it’s important to me to know what’s happening in my community. And why not share that with you?
