Join me and Austin, as well as loan officer Alexandra Michel for an in-depth look at first-time home buying! Guests will hear from Alexandra about loans and financing including mortgage pre-approval, credit, income, debts, and assets.
Austin and I will walk you through the process of finding a home, making a strong offer, and the escrow process. The goal of our class is to educate you so that you will know your options, and you will walk away with a step-by-step roadmap to owning a home of your own. We will have time to cover any questions you may have.
Light bites and drinks will be provided. All guests will get handouts and the opportunity to sit down with Alexandra for a brief pre-qual consultation. This is a free, no-pressure, or strings attached event – we look forward to seeing you!
