The Best Way to Help California Wildfire Victims
My heart hurts and goes out to all the people being effected by the California wildfires amidst this pandemic. I want to thank all the firefighters and volunteers putting themselves at risk to help others. I wanted to put a list of organizations that are aiding victims of the California wildfires currently, which I found through the Sacramento Bee. The Sacramento Bee released a great article talking about ways in which donations of clothing, furniture and other household items can get in the way of disaster relief and how donating money to organizations is the best way to help our fellow Californians.
